Kathleen Hayes is a two-time cancer survivor, healer, and the visionary behind HERStrength Resilience.
After navigating her own healing journey, she created the Roadmap to Resilience programs to give women a clear, supportive path forward through uncertainty. Kathleen combines anti-inflammatory nutrition, mindset work, and holistic healing practices to help women feel grounded, empowered, and in control of their health.
Her approach is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and the belief that healing is possible with the right support.

Monique Shefer helps women move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to stepping into clarity, confidence, and possibility.
With a deep background in spiritual growth, health, and personal transformation, she meets each client exactly where they are and gently guides them toward what’s next. Her work focuses on uncovering what may be holding you back, while supporting you in taking aligned, courageous steps forward.
Monique creates a safe, expansive space for growth, healing, and becoming who you are meant to be.

Charity Secord is a breast cancer survivor who understands firsthand the physical and emotional journey of healing. As a CETI-certified practitioner,
Reiki Master, and original member of the rRest Movement, she brings deep compassion and intuitive care to her work. Charity leads with heart, creating meaningful spiritual connections that support true healing from within.
She helps women move beyond survival into a place of peace, strength, and renewed trust in their bodies and their path forward.

Kelly Patton brings a unique blend of energy healing and movement-based support to help women reconnect with their bodies and restore balance.
As a Reiki healer and dance and movement coach, she believes healing happens through both physical expression and spiritual alignment. Having traveled extensively, Kelly connects easily with women from all walks of life, meeting them with openness and understanding.
She guides clients to rebuild strength, confidence, and connection in a way that feels natural, supportive, and empowering.
